Information for promoters of other events

If you have contacted us beforehand to discuss the cross-promotion deal, you may bring the following promo materials to the festival:

• up to two posters
• flyers (to be placed in a designated area in the hotel lobby)
• no more than one roll-up banner (to be placed in designated areas near the receptions and in the corridors)

We also offer the possibility to print your promo materials in the festiwal folder. Folder requirements: 60 mm base x 95 mm high, resolution 300dpi, CMYK, 3 mm bleed.

We can also display your video clip on the screens during the event. Video clip requirements: 30sec max long, hi-res.
