1. THE FESTIVAL OFFICE – WORKING HOURS
– Thursday 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM
– Friday 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM
– Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM
– Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2. TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUAL PARTIES – BOX OFFICE WORKING HOURS
– Thursday 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM
– Friday 9:00 PM – 3:30 AM
– Saturday 9:00 PM – 3:30 AM
– Sunday 9:00 PM – 3:30 AM
3. $ MONEY $ MONEY $ MONEY
– At the festival office and the box office payments will be accepted with CASH ONLY (EUR OR PLN)
– There is an ATM machine on the grounds of the hotel
– The closest exchange office is at the CHOPIN AIRPORT (3 min by taxi)
* THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF CURRENCY EXCHANGE AT THE FESTIVAL OFFICE
4. CLOAKROOM
At the GROMADA Hotel there will be a cloakroom available on the level -1.
