Monika Sęk – The founder of Latin Dance Academy. A passionate dancer and dance instructor with a degree in linguistics. She started her dancing adventure at the age of 9 with modern dance. Afterwards, she trained street techniques in the “Kabaret 130″ dance group. At the age of 16, she joined the “Girls Only” and “Fame Art” section of Project Salsa dance school in Łódź. She practiced many styles but none of them seized her heart like salsa and bachata. Due to her skills and industriousness she became a bachata instructor. She’s a founder of two dance groups: “Bachata Team Łódź” and “Project Ladies”which are highly successful on the Polish ground. Moreover, she cooperates with numerous dance schools and festival organizers from all over Poland. Along with her partner – Daniel Rojewski she trains bachata lovers and instills the passion for dancing in them. She constantly develops herself by taking part in numerous workshops and festivals with world-class instructors. In dancing emotions, understanding, dynamics and aesthetics are the most important factors for her. Her dancing style is described as exceptionally sensual, subtle and feminine.

Daniel Rojewski – The founder of Latin Dance Academy with a master’s degree in engineering. Also a certified pedagogue. A licensed dance and fitness instructor. He developed a taste for dancing in his childhood, starting his adventure with ballroom and modern dance. After a few years his interest was attracted by such techniques as: salsa, bachata, kizomba and afro. His favorite style of salsa is invariably LA, but the closest to his heart is  bachata, especially the sensual style, which he tries to constantly develop by training with the best foreign instructors. A long-time dancer of the Salsa Formation and an instructor at the Project Salsa Dance Studio until July 2017. A founder of the Bachata Team Łódź dance group successful in Poland. He actively participates in various kinds of dance shows and competitions like “Bachata Stars Polska”. An instructor of numerous workshops during the “Latino Festival”, “El Sol Bachata Days”, as well as numerous dance camps in the country and abroad.
