Dj Nelly

I was born in Holguin and discovered my passion for music, dancing and parties early. After the completion of my craft training, I decided to study and dance original Cuban dances as professional show dancer in Cuba’s most famous Cabaret Tropicana in Havana – seven years long. In 2008 I moved to Germany, brought my preferences together and started a career as DJ for typical Cuban and popular Latin music. Meanwhile my music sets a lot of parties, festivals and events throughout Germany and Europe in motion. The dance training and my lively character make me an entertainer, who can motivate party guests for dancing by offering dance animations and Ruedas.

My references

I am present on many well-known festivals such as Cubamemucho (Munich, Germany), Dias Cubanos (Netherlands), Havana en Belgrado (Serbia), Aqui Cuba (France), Cubaniando (Essen, Germany), Carnaval Cubano (Poland) and share the DJ booth with great artists such as DJ Danis la Clave and El Samurai de Cuba. In Turkey I planned and operated whole Latin parties and other large events for the Robinson Club. In Bremen I am working as DJ, Zumba trainer and dance instructor in the Casa Cultural assosiation (http://www.casa-cultural.de/ ) and as DJ in clubs like Moments Musikclub, Club Avenue, Gleis 9 Club. For several years I am organising my own international event: the Arrasando Cuban Afro-Salsa Festival (http://www.arrasandofestival.de/ ). I am official DJ at FCLAN Entertainment (http://www.fclan.de/ ) and part of the initiative DJ Team Cuba (http://www.facebook.com/DJ-TEAM-CUBA-1512356365733375 ).
