Tatiana Galibus

Tatiana Galibus is the first and most renowned teacher of Afrocuban dance in Belarus. She began her journey in the world of salsa and Cuban culture 10 years ago and began teaching and performing 8 years ago. She performs and teaches salsa, Cuban rumba and Afrocuban dance in her school Candela in Minsk, Belarus. She danced and taught in various cities in Belarus, India and Brazil.
In the Stargate show, she is going to share her great passion for the Cuban music and dance. Apart from Cuba, Tatiana has a great passion to samba and Brazilian music and in her choreographies she fuses the two great cultural traditions.

The show is named “Aqui que baila gana” and celebrates the famous los Van Van song. The choreography is a fusion of afro, rumba, samba and Cuban salsa. In the end there is a small piece of pure afro choreography for the song la Candela (Yerba Buena and Orishas).
