Yami SO
French/Guadeloupean born and raised in Paris (FR), Yami’s dance life started in July 2007 once he learned his first steps of salsa & bachata and later the same year kizomba.
Since then he never stopped growing and quickly has been requested to teach in schools, parties, festivals all around the world.
Internationally renowned, Yami is known and recognized for his pedagogy, Creativity, technique and passion for dancing and teaching.
Teacher of Kizomba (all styles) / Bachata dominican & fusion style & Afro House.
(He was the first French teacher to export Kizomba to the United States)
The quality and diversity of its courses make it one of the most requested actors on the international Latin-American scene in all continents.
Yami is a self-taught dancer who draws his influence from urban and Afro-Caribbean culture. Founder of “SO DANCER crew” (dance crew where new talent and generation of Dj, dancers, teachers, performers evolve with the mentality and support of yami), creator and owner of the brand “I’M A DANCER” clothing for dancers.

He created the choreography and danced for “Stars” of the Afro Latin World, as Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, Jennifer Dias “LOVE U” and “the King of Bachata” Romeo Santos … On the most beautiful scenes of Paris (Dock Pullman, Zenith …).
He has been developing his unique style of kizomba fusion with the name of “Fusionkizz” which is the perfect mix of every dancing knowledge and his endless creativity and one of the main style of the kizomba world today
